From your Dashboard, click the <strong>CSV</strong> or <strong>Excel</strong> buttons at the top right. This exports all your extracted documents in a single file.

Yes, open any document and use the export options on the document detail page.

Export as CSV or Excel, then import that file into your software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.). Most ERP and accounting platforms accept CSV imports. Contact support if you need a custom integration.

All extracted fields: document type, vendor, customer, reference number, date, due date, total amount, currency, origin, destination, carrier, tracking number, and more.

Email PDF, JPG, or PNG attachments directly to your Jannat AI inbox address. The system identifies your account by your sender email, extracts the documents automatically, and they appear in your dashboard within 90 seconds. You also receive a summary email confirming what was processed.

Your inbox email is shown in the purple banner at the top of your Dashboard. Click <strong>Copy address</strong> to copy it to your clipboard.

You must send from the same email address used to register your Jannat AI account. Emails from unrecognised addresses are ignored for security.

Yes. Set up a forwarding rule in your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) so any email with a PDF attachment is automatically forwarded to your Jannat AI inbox. This creates a fully hands-off pipeline.

You'll receive an email notification when your quota is reached. Upgrade your plan to continue processing documents that month.

No. Your documents are never used to train AI models. Each extraction is processed in isolation and not retained beyond your chosen storage settings.
