What we collect

Your email address and the structured data extracted from your documents, vendor names, invoice numbers, amounts, dates, and line items. We never store your original uploaded documents. Once we extract the data, your file is permanently removed from our servers.

How we use your data

Solely to provide the document extraction service you signed up for. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising. Your business data is your business data.

You own everything

Export all your extracted data anytime as CSV or Excel from your dashboard. Delete your account and every piece of data we hold permanently at any time, no questions asked, no waiting period. We never hold your data hostage.

Where it lives

US-based servers. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. Your data is isolated from other customers, we use row-level data separation so no customer can ever see another customer's documents or extracted data.

What happens to your documents

When you upload a document we convert it to an image, send it to our AI for extraction, and then permanently delete both the original file and the image from our servers. We never store, archive, or back up your original documents. Only the structured extracted data is retained.

Your rights

• Right to know: Email us anytime to ask exactly what data we hold about you

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and the app functioning. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that share your data with other companies.

Policy updates

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. We will never quietly change how we handle your data.
