Who it's for

Built for the teams who move freight.

Jannat AI reads freight documents and flags where they disagree. Customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics and 3PL teams, and trucking companies each use it differently. Find your workflow below.

Customs brokers

Your entries, without the keying.

Jannat AI reads the commercial invoice, bill of lading and packing list, returns filing-ready data, and flags where they disagree, before the entry goes in.

The paperwork is the job, and it is the bottleneck

Every entry means reading the same fields off three or four documents and keying them into your system: consignee, HS code, value, weight, container, origin.

It mostly goes smoothly. The problem is the time it does not: the transposed weight, the HS code copied from the wrong line, the invoice that disagrees with the bill of lading. Those are not frequent. They are expensive, and invisible unless somebody reads two documents side by side at the end of a long day.

Reads entry documents

Commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin. Any format, including scans and faxes.

Catches cross-document discrepancies

Weight, value, HS code, consignee, container and piece count compared across every document on the shipment.

Returns filing-ready data

Structured fields out to CSV, Excel, or into your system by API or webhook.

Keeps the record

Every document and extraction searchable by entry, consignee, container or date.

Built for how brokers work

  • Handles the messy end of the document range, because that is what arrives
  • No templates to configure per client or per vendor
  • Nothing to install and no IT project
  • You review before anything is filed — the software flags, you decide

Jannat AI is not a customs broker

We do not file entries, we do not give customs advice, and we do not replace your judgment or your licence. We read documents, return structured data, and tell you where two documents disagree.

Nothing the software produces should go to CBP without your review. That is how the product is designed to be used.

Freight forwarders

International shipments run on documents that have to agree.

Forwarders coordinate transport and customs paperwork across shippers, carriers, consignees and brokers. Jannat AI reads the documents that move with each international shipment and shows where they disagree, so errors are caught before they travel downstream.

Bills of lading and commercial invoices

Shipper, consignee, carrier, commodity, weight and pieces, plus exporter, importer, HS codes, country of origin, currency and value.

Packing lists and shipping documents

SKUs, quantities, carton counts, net and gross weight, container and seal numbers, from any format a supplier sends.

Cross-document checks

Fields that should match across the shipment's documents are compared, with both values shown side by side for your team to resolve.

No template per supplier or carrier

A new shipper or a changed document layout needs no configuration. Upload it and it is read.

Review exceptions, not every page

Low-confidence fields are flagged for a person. Then export CSV or Excel, push by webhook, or pull through the API into your transport or customs systems.

Logistics and 3PL

Check every carrier invoice, not a sample.

Jannat AI reads carrier invoices, matches them against rate confirmations and delivery notes, and flags what does not line up.

Nobody checks every invoice

Across a dozen carriers and thousands of movements a month, invoice checking is a sampling exercise. Whatever is not sampled gets paid.

Accessorial charges that were never agreed, rates that do not match the confirmation, duplicate billing on the same load. Individually small. Monthly, not small.

Reads every carrier's format

Each carrier invoices differently. No templates needed for any of them.

Matches against the rate confirmation

Line by line, against what was agreed rather than what was billed.

Flags what does not match

Rate differences, unexpected accessorials, duplicate loads.

Exports to your system

Straight into accounting or your TMS.

Your team still approves every payment

Jannat AI does not reject invoices, hold payments or talk to your carriers. It flags the lines that disagree with the rate confirmation and puts them in front of a person. What gets disputed and what gets paid stays your decision.

Trucking

Driver paperwork, handled.

Delivery notes, proof of delivery, fuel receipts and rate confirmations. Photographed on the road, read on arrival, exported to your system.

The paperwork arrives as photographs

A driver photographs a signed POD on a loading dock in poor light at an angle. That image is the document. Somebody in the office then types what it says into the system.

Multiply by every load.

Built for phone photos

Crooked, shadowed, low-light images are the normal input, not the edge case.

Email or app intake

Drivers forward or upload; it processes on arrival.

Reads what trucking runs on

PODs, delivery notes, fuel receipts, rate confirmations, bills of lading.

Out to your TMS

No re-keying at the office end.

It has to work on a bad photo

A clean scan is not the test. The test is a POD photographed at an angle on a dock in February with a thumb in the corner. If it cannot read that, it is not useful to you, so send us one and find out before you commit to anything.
